We believe caring is a profession.
PROcruit C brings together forward-looking employers to develop a one-year professional traineeship programme. It offers first-time jobseekers an opportunity to innovate and create social good at workplace and contribute to the community’s recovery and resilience. Despite a global economic downturn, PROcruit C believes that human-centric skillsets and services will continue to be prized in the new normal. Human-centric professions are already emerging in four sectors: Creativity for Good, Technology for Good, Business for Good, and Healthcare for Good. The Government’s Anti-epidemic Fund is also providing salary subsidies for the creation of 400 job roles in these promising sectors.
